The price is fair and the PSP slim model is the latest one. Having no games on UMD means that the seller has no game discs, all the games the seller owns are on either a memory card or a Dvd disc.
The only reason why I say this is a good deal is because of the 20 games otherwize a used psp system no matter what model trades in for about 75 bucks at a game store but they resell it for $150 once its been refurbished.
Bottomline, if the games are legit and accessible, then its a good deal, but I would bargain down for 199 and max out your offer at $250. See what happens.
